It’s long been discussed that the exhaust port on the Death Star was a major design flaw, but the lead architect wants to point out what an engineering marvel it was. This was a space station the size of a small moon and it ONLY had 1 exhaust port that was only 3 meters wide. Even a modern cruise ship has multiple exhaust stacks.
