Earlier today crews in Alphen aan den Rijn, The Netherlands were working on replacing a draw bridge. The balance of the barge was off and it sent both cranes and the bridge section into the water and onto nearby homes and a shop. Current reports are saying 20 people were injured in the accident and luckily no fatalities
