This week is a special treat, we have our first husband/wife cosplay team! From San Fransisco, CA, Abby DarkStar is a costumer with a creative side that loves to run wild. Abby’s “Player 1” Zendragon is also into the art and together they pull off some of the best double costumes at the cons.

This 22 year old anime fangirl from Argentina first got into the cosplay scene when she hit a local con sporting a Rogue costume. Since then she’s been gaining international attention with her takes on the characters she portrays.

I try them to be as accurate as possible, I find the last detail, I try to recrate as the characters were in real life, I study the personality, the poses, and in that thing It’s very related to acting role
This musically inclined geek girl from Central Florida has only been in the Cosplay scene for about a year but in that short time she’s managed to turn some heads.

I started cosplaying at The Avengers premier back in May, so I’m fairly new in the magical world of cosplay! On a day-to-day basis, I strive to improve what I do, how I do it, and with increasing experience. My goal is to make people smile – to entertain people and make a difference. By doing this, I aspire to bring each and every character to life. Know the character, love them…BECOME THEM! Not some fake, drastic rendition of what they stand for…but who they are, really. My dream is to make these amazing creations of great minds come to life.
