Meet Carter, this little dude has Spina Bifida and needs a wheelchair to get around. But luckily Carter also has the coolest parents in the world. This little guy gets to rock out every Halloween with the costumes that makes yours look downright stupid. We prefer the Batmobile just because we’re geeks but hey, the ice cream truck is pretty bad ass too. Keep on truckin’ little guy!
