Yesterday at San Diego Comic Con all the fans of the Sunday night animation on Fox got a real treat. The teaser trailer for the Simpsons/Family Guy crossover was debuted and we got a copy.
The Simpsons has only had one crossover episode which was with The Critic. Not a bad show but really not as awesome as the Simpsons (sorry Jon Lovitz). Coming in September for the first episode of Simpsons’ season 28, they will feature an hour long crossover episode with Family Guy. The Griffns are on a road trip and get stranded in a strange place called Springfield, although they never say which state they were driving through.
This is the first of two crossovers planned for the Simpsons’ franchise. The next one is called “Simpsorama”, and we can all guess what’s going to happen with that one
