We’ve all had that moment, when your boss says “Let’s Talk” and instantly your brain starts processing everything you’ve done wrong. What is this about? What does he know? Is he going to ask about the missing office supplies? Does he know I really wasn’t ‘sick’ last week when I called in? Is he going to ask if I was the one that broke the vending machine that tried to steal my money? Did he find out who ‘leaked’ the pictures of him and the receptionist at last year’s Christmas party? Did IT tell him I’ve been spending a lot of time on a website named after a perverted semi-aquatic rodent? Am I getting fired? Arghhh…..
