Massive LOTR Helm’s Deep Battle Scene Recreated With Over 150,000 Lego Bricks
Two Lego master builders Rich-K and Big J have raised the bar on brick building by recreating an incredibly detailed Lego version of the Helm’s Deep battle scene from Peter Jackson’s Lord of the Rings. Their inspiration came when Lego released set 9474 and it didn’t quite lived up to their expectations. After a year and a half of prep work to acquire all the parts, the duo managed to assemble the 400 pound structure in about 6 months. The massive scene used 2,000 mini-figures and over 150,000 Lego bricks.
Cool Cosplay With Yasemin Arslan
Yasemin Arslan has been a cosplayer and alternative model since 2006, and over the years has taken this casual hobby to the next level. Located in Sydney, Australia, she attends many local and interstate conventions, hosting panels and collaborating with other artists. Her most notable role was when she was hand-picked to play Lilith the Siren in the groundbreaking game by Gearbox Software, Borderlands 2. From there, her status has been steadily growing within the cosplay community.
