Drinking your way around the world is always a good way to spend the afternoon but sometimes, you need to know your limit. This guy failed to remember that and ended up rocking out at the Canada pavilion. Now we have to admit, Off Kilter is a pretty bad ass band, but this guy seems a little too into it.
