Videographer Fernando from FDSedano Arts has put together an incredible montage of some of MetroCon’s best cosplay this weekend
One cool thing about going to something like MetroCon is all the geeky parties. While the younger nerdlings were hanging out at MetroCon’s rave, the cool kids hit up the Digital Masquerade over at The Castle in Ybor. How could we resist and event like this? Strong drinks, a cosplay contest, arcade games, strong drinks, Mario on a 10 foot screen, loud music, gogo dancers dressed as video game characters, and best of all, really strong drinks!
Here are some highlights of the event
Last Saturday Team Beaver met up to help fight Multiple Sclerosis by participating in the 2014 MS Walk at Lowry Park Zoo. StrangeBeaver.com was proud to be a sponsor of this great event which helps so many people battling against MS. We were busy with the festivities but managed to get a handful of pictures to share with you all

Last weekend FetCon rolled through our area again so we decided to go and check it out. This year wasn’t as great as last year and we’re not saying that just because the organizers still won’t give us press passes, it just seemed like a different crowd this year. We still managed to find some interesting things so here are some highlights:
*WARNING*- Some images may be slightly NSFW (it’s a fetish convention, what did you expect?)
We’re still trying to recover from MetroCon so the galleries are a little behind. Here are some of the cosplay highlights from Saturday.
