Cosplay Wedding At Metrocon 2011
Back in 2000, Daniel and Cristin were friends in high school. After graduation, the two stayed in contact and eventually Daniel asked her out. Today, three years later, they returned to the spot where they shared their first date and realized how much they loved one another….Metrocon. Today they came to Metrocon not just for a fun weekend among other anime fans, but to get married at the Riverwalk of the Tampa Convention Center. With an army of cosplay fans cheering them on, Daniel and Christin tied the knot. Congrats to the newlyweds.
Strange Beaver’s Birthday Bash 4-30

Beaver Badge Contest Winner – February
February’s winner of the Beaver Badge contest is Mike C. from Tampa! Mike thought that people may want something to look at while in a port-a-potty in South Tampa. At least he didn’t put it in the toilet. Congrats Mike, that $50 Visa gift card is on it’s way to you!

Slim & Chubbies Calendar Search 11-11
Unfortunately, last night was the last Slim and Chubbies calendar girl search. It was a fierce competition which spiraled out of control into singing, dancing, body shots, and the occasional garment falling off. But don’t be upset if you missed it, next week they’re going to have all the winners from each week come back for a photo shoot, so make plans to go see the 12 lovely ladies.
